1. As the packs are a digital product as opposed to physical, they will be delivered after purchase via a PDF download. If you have any problems with your purchase please email hello@marciejdesigns.uk

2. You will need a Canva account, if you don't already have one then you can sign up for a FREE account which is all that you will require to use the Instagram template pack purchased.

3. Yes, there are lots of great templates to choose from within Canva however many of them only offer one template in a particular design. This means you either have to create more yourself to match the content you want to produce or always use the same template for your social media posts. By purchasing a pack you will have a variety of templates to choose from that you know will work well with each, as well as offer you different content options.

4. Simply click the link included in your PDF, this will open up your purchased pack within your Canva account where I recommend you make a Master copy before making any modifications.

5. As this is a digital product to which you will get immediate access after purchase, no refund is available. However please do get in contact if you have any issues accessing your pack.

6. The template packs are suitable for personal use/team members for a social media business account that you either own or help manage. So whether you are a Small business owner, Social Media Manager, Influencer or Podcaster these will be perfect for you!

7. It is advisable to add the templates to your Canva account on your desktop first and make a master copy before applying any changes in case you accidentally remove part of the original design.
You can then access the design pack either on desktop or through the Canva app on your mobile or tablet.

The template pack was created for use on Instagram only, however you may use or resize the designs for other social media platforms or create other digital products for your business like PDF ebooks or workbooks. As the packs are created and editable within Canva please check their full terms and conditions about how you can use their service.
Please note you CANNOT claim that any designs belong to you and sell, redistribute or give them away unless prior permission has been sought.
